Copper Sheet Cladding

There are four main techniques used today in the uk and mainland europe for copper cladding a building.
Copper sheet cladding. Refer to cda copper in architecture handbook. High elongation hot rolled 2 layer copper clad sheet for military project. Max 600mm by 4000mm seam centres. Shingle cladding typically made from 0 7mm thick copper sheet.
High bonding rate copper clad steel sheet durable copper clad steel plate. Form interlocking seams with cleats folded into seam. Depending on the style of cladding used it may be easy or difficult to repair or replace as the building ages. Fold two adjacent edges over 180 degrees for width of 3 4 inch and other two adjacent edges under 3 4 inch 19 mm.
In the case of copper cladding the building can be covered in sheets shingles or prefabricated panels made out of copper. Max 600mm by 4000mm seam. Fabricate flat seam wall cladding from pans 18 inches 450 mm by 24 inches 600 mm in size. 0 80 2 70mm thickness cold rolled copper clad steel sheet copper plating steel.
